Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a form of oxygen therapy under partial pressure that raises the levels of oxygen in the body’s blood plasma leading to higher amounts of oxygen being delivered to the body’s tissues and vital organs, helping  stimulate the healing processes to return to a state of balance and well being.

In a process that follows Henry’s Law of Physics, the therapy takes place inside an inflatable chamber which uses filtered ambient air and an additional oxygen concentrator to a pressure of approximately 4 psi (pounds per square inch). During inflation and deflation, the sensation in the ears is similar to ascending or descending on a plane where the ears will equalize. Once at full pressure this eases and you can sit back comfortably, sleep, listen to music or even use your laptop. Each treatment lasts for one hour and afterwards you can continue your day as normal.
